Rumours have spread around the UK about what James Bourne is up to, whether he is writing songs with famous musicians, giving up on his career, or sorting out his love-life. But finally, I can give you the truth.

James is set up in the recording studio as is Matt Willis (22), who’s said to be the next Robbie Williams. One of James’ band mates is meant to be the boyband star ‘Mark’ from ex-boyband ‘V’, who recently split this year. They played as support act on Busted’s successful second tour, but were dropped by their record company earlier this year.

James Bourne (21) is getting a band together who have already started recording they’re new album, no one quite knows the name of the band but they are due to release their first single in September. Their first single is called ‘Ticket outta Loserville’ and is meant to be a Greenday/Blink 182 pop mix with a little punk added to the chorus’.

This year James Bourne was devastated when he realised his practice of his ‘one-man-band’ song ‘End Up Like This’ had found its way to the internet, he claimed that the single wasn’t finished and whoever had managed to grasp hold of it we’re obviously stalkers. “It’s not finished and has a big hole in the middle! If anyone finds my song on the net, please don’t download it!” says James.

After the Busted split, James’ best friend and ex-band member; Matt Willis (22) was quite forgiving toward Charlie Simpson (19) who had left Busted to join his less-successful band ‘Fightstar’. Matt had turned up many times to Charlie’s Fightstar performances whilst James was only reported going once and looking very unimpressed. Apparently, Charlie Simpson refuses to contact James Bourne, whether it’s due to jealousy, his time-controlling career, or maybe James’ not-so-liking-Fightstar attitude.

James had a turn with alcohol, but Matt’s taste for it was much worse! After the Busted split, Matt put himself in rehab whilst James found his fancy with a few girls at a few clubs and pubs, drinking and kissing the night away! But James soon settled down with another girlfriend ‘Eva’. Unlike his ex-girlfriend, Kara Tointon, who used James for his fame, Eva is meant to be “the girl of my dreams” as quoted by James. Matt on-the-other-hand is seeing TV presenter Emma Griffiths, but both boys have recently been rumoured to have been dumped in teen magazine ‘Smashhits’.

Fightstar were formed a year after Busted had lifted off the ground. Charlie started spending more and more time with his new band and less time with Busted. After three very-successful tours, Charlie announced he was leaving Busted on the 14th January 2005. “I just wish he told us before, we could’ve done something special on stage as a goodbye!” sighs James. “If Charlie agrees, Matt and I want to do a ‘farewell Busted tour’”.

Let’s just hope James’ and Matt’s band will take flight a lot higher than Charlie’s angered-guitar.
